Part Code: S60/111105Matex Phase enables fast, simple and non-destructive testing of hard or magnetic materials. A powerful permanent magnet saturates the magnetization of the sample; electromagnetic sensors then measure the magnetic phase as the sample is automatically extracted.
The instrument is particularly accurate and repeatable, even with large samples or materials with high magnetic-phase content — ideal for magnetic alloys in cutting tools for machining, and steels for mining, cement or aggregate grinding.
